Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2008 Rotary’s Hot Air Balloon Fest & Air Show. The 2007 Festival was an overwhelming success boasting weekend attendance of nearly 10,000 visitors. This year is expected to be even better!

The Rotary realizes the importance of community-based activities and wants to provide a fun-filled and profitable weekend for the Club and for our exhibitors. We are proud to offer you this opportunity. ALL BALLOONFEST PROFITS BENEFIT LYCOMING COUNTY CHARITIES.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a Crafters Package that will include set up times, entrance gate locations, entrance arm bands and other important information. Bring a tent. Crafters are outside. All booths must remain open 9 - 9 on Saturday and 9 - 6 on Sunday. Vehicles are not permitted on the field during show hours.
