Volunteer Information (updated May 2008)

With the addition of the air show this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than our past events. Volunteers in 2008 are needed in two areas, Field Volunteers and Group Food Tent Volunteers.

Invididuals or groups are welcome to volunter “on the field”. As in previous years volunteers are needed for field operations such as set up, tear down, trash removal, balloon crews, gate keepers, runners and more. We will need volunteers both Saturday, September 13th, and Sunday, September 14th. All training to participate as a volunteer will be provided. Groups age 16 and older are encouraged to get involved. The Rotary realizes the importance of community-based activities and wants to provide a fun-filled and profitable weekend for the volunteer groups. We are proud to offer you this opportunity.
